Known nationally and internationally to performers of many mediums including choral, handbells, theatre and church, Tim has established himself as a tireless champion for performing arts of all types.

Well known to members of the community of the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, Tim Waugh is a popular conductor, composer and clinician for many conferences and festivals for ringers and directors. He was first to conduct the AGEHR HIGH CHALLENGE, a conference for youth ringers exploring the highest level of musicianship with handbells. He was a featured as guest conductor for the Bells of the Cascades Cruise to Alaska in August 2003 and was a guest clinician in the 2004 Handbell Exploration International at Hershey PA.
